Simple Status Tracker for Jira is committed to protecting the privacy of the customer to the greatest extent possible, subject to provisions of state and federal law. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the safety, privacy, and security of customer data while accessing and using the app. In the event of a security threat being detected, we will immediately scale it to Atlassian and we will follow the protocol and recommendations provided by Atlassian in addition to the actions that we consider opportune.

What data is collected by the application?

We do not collect, store, or distribute any of your data.

  • Simple Status Tracker for Jira fetches necessary data using the Jira Rest API.

  • Any configuration data is stored in the database connected to the Jira server.

  • No customer data is tracked and stored for use with analytical tools.

What about customer support?

In the event that a customer submits a support ticket, it is the customer's duty to remove sensitive information from the ticket. Information from a support ticket may be shared with Atlassian to better serve the customer’s needs.

Can This Privacy Policy Change?

This privacy policy was last updated on August 10th, 2020. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. It is encouraged that you review this policy often. In the event that a major change occurs to this policy, you will be notified to review our privacy policy via email.

Acceptance

The customer accepts this privacy policy by installing the application.
